Things are different now and we certainly aren't in anywhere near the same situation as 2005, but it's interesting how a similar environment of sustained prosperity makes the exact same kind of "new and innovative strategy" companies pop up.And based on the responses I'm seeing, I'm sure these guys do a bang-up job of selling their strategy and motivating their clients...not a bad thing at all if it leads to a change in their mindset about money and how to build wealth.

In reality my money is paying to finish the last guys work.

My fix-it guy took a look and never called me back and others I've spoken to either don't seem like they know what they are doing or seem a bit shady.

It is when people put the self placed “roadblocks” in front of them and are too scared to dip their toes in.This is something that has been really resonating with me after going to a few 2 and 3 day events from a couple of the local guys in our market recently.It isn’t necessarily the actual tactical real estate that is the hard part, but the bigger challenge is actually believing that we are capable of doing it and taking action towards that.

You claim to receive no remuneration for this from the syndicates you are pitching- but only time will tell if you're the only guy not getting paid to raise money for others.
