I found out that back in the 50s it use to be a flower shop which I thought was cool .

I remember as a kid Joshua Moore and my brother Jason Schwab got a couple hundred dollar tickets each for picking flowers in Bull Valley (just to give you some context).

Each year my wife and I give our tenants target gift cards and flowers.

@Joshua Flowers  might remember that investing in real estate in Berlin in 2010-2012 brought AMAZING returns as of key European capitals was still very underpriced in comparison to peer cities.

Most of my tenants have a flower garden of some kind.  

Here's why: 1) you are close partners (I assume), and it's a nice courtesy.  2) You will need them for the process - showing unit, running reports for buyers, banks, RE company, etc. 3) you may also find them a good resource for helping to find buyers, and 4) you may need them for prepping the unit for sale (paint, flowers, extra landscaping, etc.) 

Turn to the adjoining room, and you’ll find more hot pink paint with a collage of flowers of red, pink and white donning one full wall.

These may help narrow down the neighborhoods further, but some decent areas that may be worth further research based on my experience in Indianapolis: Eagledale, Near East Side (closer to 10th and Rural, Little Flower, Bosart Brown, Emerson Heights), Devington, South Fountain Square, Bean Creek.

There are personal modifications (multiple brick flower plants pushed against stucco exterior/bench seating in kitchen) that were most likely done by the previous owner who lost the home in foreclosure about 10 years ago.
