They want the easy, short road to building a company and someone has to pay for that short cut.  

I understand it isn't easy, especially when new in the investing game.  

It’s one of the few places where you can still buy affordable properties, get strong cash flow, and see appreciation in the right areas.I personally built a 12-door portfolio there, and while it wasn’t easy, the market fundamentals are strong—affordable entry prices, high rental demand, and a city that’s been seeing steady growth.

No matter who it is, RAD or another group, please do a lot of research and make sure you are working with someone who has a track record and is able to connect you with references.
