Placing as many elements as possible between the building and the street will create a feeling of separation, and provide distraction from that pole.This should be easy, could be done two ways... remove the concrete on either side of the entry, and fill the area with simple, zero-maintenance landscape plants.

Roughly every 30 seconds something comes up to distract me.

What I see here is a "Shiny Object of Distraction".  

I had the opportunity to jump in a few years back but allowed other things to distract me.

A lot of the distractions that get in the way are things that I think could be a helpful change to my approach, but really the truth comes down to needing to pick a course and stay it for a functional amount of time. 

From my own experience getting started I would say don't get distracted by CRMs and shiny objects.

In the beginning, I got a little distracted, because the wealth of knowledge was a little overwhelming.

Hi @Bevla Reeves I do not use Instagram due to the ease to get sidetracked and look at never ending pictures (I have enough distractions in life :p).That said, if it works for you to find investor friendly realtors, then by all means use it :) 

thanks for the tips guys...i'm thinking about lightly sanding the affected areas and then painting to match the red brick...i'm sure it won't be a perfect match, but it'll be a lot less distracting than white
