Usually you have to type @[part of person's name] and wait 3-4 seconds for some options to display below.

It is my opinion that social media actually makes promoters more accountable because our profiles are so public and always on display for the world if you are going to play in the space.  

@Dmitriy Fomichenko I've tried to used the search for members function but the results only display Chicago area members and not members surrounding me in LA. 

Then they have the product placement display where the name of the tile, granite, etc. store is prominently shown (is the flip getting the product for free?) 

Just a process improvement suggestion...Have the messages in the inbox display in descending, chronological order...most recent to oldest.
