This is exactly what I do in different locations (glamping).

While you don’t have to decide this instant (you could always convert later) it’s good to have an idea of the market differences between mf and condos. 

Newbies create a lot of different issues, however.You are probably not going to be able to use Fannie Mae as a contingency.

The appraiser will not give you much now, but when it comes time to sell, it will make a big difference. 

There’s a lot different tenant types and I’ve spent a lot of time figuring things out.

Mine may be different though because I am still responsible for HVAC and many other large items on the property.

It's no different than those who hold stocks, then need to liquidate to purchase items.
