@Kim Cooper I'm not aware of a maximum for this, but like others, charge what you need for the service and only that.

This fine balance of tax reduction working cooperatively with your tax professional and being bankable is what I do on a daily basis with investors.Best of luck.

@Brett Hearn I'm guessing he's offering what's commonly called a cooperative lease option.

Luckily, I had loan numbers and was able to get the amount for the P&I payment from a cooperative banker at one of their branches.

@Thomas Cottrell, if I'm doing a distance deal it's always with a short term approach, say a cooperative assignment. 

After the house is occupied, the best, most cooperative tenants may be willing to show it to replacement tenants that you screen if you make that part of your agreement when the initial tenants being leasing.
