Borrower experience: Will you lend to newbies?

This is the value of having someone who has local experience.The company you said, if they are some "remote" company, I guess they could provide the things that you need and save money, but I would hesitate to feel confident if they do not have regional experience and that you would be left vulnerable if issues arise with the design later on. 

You can get under 11% if you have some experience and good credit. 

I'm not a lawyer or anything and don't have any experience with the ones I've wrote in the past in court. 

I know a fantastic real estate agent in the Milwaukee area who’s a top performer with tons of experience—we actually went to high school together.

They tend to have less experience, less knowledge, fewer resources, and are more likely to be crooked than a large company that's been around for 30 years.

It has been really educational for me because we have people from all over the US with all types of experience to learn from.

I'd check local STR FB groups and see if you have a local Real Estate Club.You can offer your services there, maybe for free in exchange for the experience.
