I am looking to diversify cash into real estate for the purpose of building long term equity (horizon 15 years) and generating dividends (rental income) that I can compound by reinvesting.Compared to most that are successful in this forum, I am a newbie, but my partners are either commercial builders or have personally bought sold at least 5 homes in the last 5 years.

I know he has a book but I haven’t read it .Starting with 100k cash and ending up with millions in 30 years would not be too difficult even with passive investments especially if you are reinvesting or letting it compound .Something more active like flipping or doing value add deals and then selling them of course could get one there a lot quicker .

For example, I have a duplex with bowed/uneven floors when i first bought it, reminded me of alice in wonderland (because of the crazy appearance, tons of bunnies that burrowed there, tall hedges, and lots of greenery) so i call it wonderland.
