It's imprecise and only done by banks for insurance purposes and it drives me insane as an NYC appraiser valuing century-old townhouses that simply can't be built anymore. xDWhat you can do to impact the appraisal really depends on the type of property.

I'll be going with century 21, my best friend and his dad work there, they told me since I'm a new agent I will most likely get 50/50 split for the first new months and then I'll be able to negotiate later.
