That’s not a business model—it’s just chaos.If we want to be taken seriously in this industry, we have to respect the process.

For example I don't see much of a difference between a business traveler and a digital nomad, and the business traveler would still appreciate a washer/dryer. 

I was going to add, as posted above, it's a great rate and stick with that local credit union for the future business.

The reason why many lenders shy away from Manufactured Homes In general, is because there is not a lot of business for it for them to feel comfortable lending on it.

This would be in central Jersey which is still a hot market as a result of record low inventory.I am planning to do this strategy since I want to put low money down (10%) on a construction loan and achieve a quick build to lower my holding fees.

Good morning BP community,I'm a returning REI in East Tennessee who is now investing and buidling a family business full time after a career in the military.

Not that I got any business from it, but I really liked the young wholesalers (they were good kids that are just trying to do it the right way) that threw it as well as a few of the people that attended.
