I'm currently reading David Greene's "BRRRR" book and I will be utilizing my VA Loan as a first home purchase (duplex) for my first home utilizing the VA Loan.

He's an acquired taste but I've read many of his books and maybe I'm a fool, but I believe he is genuine in his commitment and drive for success.

Also, James Dainard just came out with a new flipping book, The House Flipping Framework.

I recommend you read some books on how to manage investments well.

I just finished the BP book by Avery Carl and am hoping to borrow from ourselves to fund our first vacation rental. 

What I like about it is the fact I can reach out to them when I have specific questions about a topic or if I wanted more details.Information like this can be found through reading REI books and scourging YT videos.

Nice to meet you I'm almost halfway through "The book on rental property investing" by Brandon Turner and it's really open my eyes to real estate!
