Jon, you might start with the FDIC, RTO web site.Not sure how big Emerald Isle is, not that sure chaing down investors in China would be interest in the small stuff in a smallish town.The tenants, as mentioned are prime suspects to anchor a deal.

It will anchor the conversation and allow the person you are speaking with to provide their insight rather than answers to scripted questions as @Tyler Lynn pointed out.

Retail centers are hard to finance and out for the most part unless say a 3 to 4 top at street level with large back anchor behind it.
