The reason I post this here is because I got totally different answers from two CPAsHere is the story:I bought the house as investment property and run it as STR for the last two years.

I dont have 50 props as I dont count inventory that we own which is 150 to 200 properties at anyone time.

@Kevin Connauton, I agree with you that although Pad Split is a great choice for getting the rooms filled, they don't cover all your bases in terms of property management.

Each year they adjust it up or down based on actual usage of the previous year.Let's say you get an average of $600/month. 

Then you can think of yourself and what you want from a property.

These firms with large online presences use fear mongering techniques to sell services without ever fully explaining how their entity structures actually benefit the client.

You want enough so that a potential law suit would go away if the insurance paid out.Best thing is to highly maintain your property and treat guests with respect so that no one would ever want to sue you.
