Hi BiggerPockets Community,I’m currently looking to invest in foreclosure properties and would appreciate any guidance on where to find them in San Antonio and Austin.Could anyone share their go-to resources or strategies for locating these properties?

My property is in the middle of downtown San Antonio, 3 bed/1 bath.

Perfect STR market for people "cutting back" from Carribean/Mexican/US Coastal vacation trips to drivable, more affordable trips from Houston/Austin/San Antonio (even DFW). 

According to this guy, no one in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Boston, NYC, DC or Miami should ever buy property then.

I was on the HOA board of a luxury building in San Francisco and you would be surprised at how many people will let their dogs pop and pee in the common areas (killing very expensive plantings).

I can totally relate—I’m also a bartender, working towards financial freedom while living in San Diego.House hacking could be a solid strategy for you, especially as a first-time homebuyer.

Nope this term was used a lot at the San Jose CA REIA circa 2010.
