If you can keep the amount of physical possessions you own to a smaller amount it will make the frequent moves easier.

Unfortunately, we have had to exercise the provision ourselves a couple of times over the last year.

It has proven to be more difficult to set up than expected mainly because of having to use a third party company for a physical business address1.

I'm capped on time and physical ability to do everything myself though. 

So, maybe you had a bond paying 12% interest when inflation was high but now rates for a similarly rated bond are 6% so they exercise the call option and pay off the bond holders who now have to go out and reinvest that money at prevailing rates (e.g. 6%).
