The previous owner removed an old tree from the front yard and I would like to replace it with a young tree, probably a Live Oak.

If you would rather it broken down into neighborhoods, what would be the "tests" for the following neighborhoods:-North Knoxville (Central / Broadway)-Cedar Bluff-Farragut-Downtown -Hardin ValleyI think this will be helpful for all Knoxville investors.Thanks!

We bought it and I spent the next 4 months working on a complete gut renovation of the house, living in a tent out back, begging friends and family to help hang drywall, pull nails from the oak flooring we salvaged from another local home days before it was demolished, or carry in the concrete counters we made out in the driveway.

You can actually go to a mill here and request oak flooring with any dimension you want.  

My wife and I are looking for a similar project but for our next personal residence over in the Fair Oaks / Folsom area.  

And Minnesota has the bluff country in the SE part of the state,  the North Shore of Lake Superior, lots of great state parks.
