@Maya PattersonI believe you would just use a Bill of Sale like you would a car since it is personal property (chattel) not real property.

However individual lenders will and can have overlays tougher than Fannie and Freddie, so you if you go into forbearance, it may a bit of a tough slog to find a lender that will take on the new loan.
