Fixed leaky faucets, replaced dish washer parts, and fixed torn carpets for tenants shortly after moving in.

At my rental, I left a new roll of paper towels, a bottle of Windex, a new bottle of hand dish soap, a new bottle of hand soap, a 4-pack of toilet paper, and a pack of clothes hangers in the house for move-in day. 

Dishes, utensils, bed/bath linens, soaps, garbage bags, etc.  

Now, that being said, for $75 I have gotten new fridges, new dish washers, electrical work that would normally be $200+, and a furnace fixed.

Ignore that and just keep dumping TSP in the water until no more will dissolve.The TSP solution will be pretty alkaline... wear gloves (the kind for washing dishes is fine), and long sleeves.

I'm also near several churches and several times a month, the Seven day Adventists, Korean church, etc. and several others would ring the doorbell.
