I know the founder and I know the company has been very intentional about taking the best features of both and expanding on them while leaving the problems (Airbnb) and wonkiness (FF) behind.

While we do not currently have a footprint in Myrtle Beach, I believe we would look to expand there given the right opportunity. 

There are new neighborhoods & jobs popping up rapidly in the area and expanding further South into Tate County, MS & Southeast into Marshall County, MS.

Hey Mike,You're in a great position to start expanding, and your goal of owning 4-6 properties in the next few years is definitely achievable.
