I was planning on attending Movers and Shaker's REIA event in Alpharetta on Sept 16th, 2013 and attending North Atlanta REIA in Buford on the 18th, 2013.

Or perhaps you could do a combo of a little bit of cash and then pay for their movers.

Hopefully he has friends there or can hire movers.

I finally said if you don't have the money, I will hire movers to help you put your things in storage so you can leave by the date we agreed on.The movers show up and nothing was packed.

Just gotta keep looking and sometimes be prepared to move really quickly.

When your ready to move, rent out the upstairs too. :) That's my non-professional opinion. :)
