Hi Brian, not sure how close you are to NH but there’s a couple local meetups that happen every month in The NH seacoast area just across the Maine border if that is something that interest you. 

According to Zillow, average rents are $2,185 in the Nashville area.

Is the area around the building cleaned up?  

Do you attend any local meetups in your area?

Also, how is the current demand for flips in the area?

Looking for something with strong occupancy potential and resort-style amenities.Looking to network as well with locals experts and agents specializing in STR in Kissimmee, Orlando area.
