The parcel # can be one and include multiple lots, no matter what title says go to planning & zonning and get their legal plot map and ask them for what they see, the city will dictate not title and i have seen some that are diviseble and some city will not allow.

The LLC Operating Agreement dictates that I will be the one to contribute the additional funds down the line when the construction draws are taken, so after the final construction draw I will have contributed $60K and the other partner $30K.
