The taxes are generally lower than Chicago and if anyone is living close to the borders of IL they are about 45-75mins away from downtown Chicago.As far as turnkey properties.....I have never truly seen a property that needed no work.

The ownership is going to depend on what happened to the record title owners’ (the deceased parents) interest in the property.

This is a very "sneaky" HOA and in my opinion borders on unethical behavior at times.
