There are a few privately commissioned builds that have made efficiency at least a moderate priority, but in those instances, the owners were planning to occupy themselves.The low quality of the commercial builds here, relative to the expectations of the seller, is one of the main reasons we've been to the alter three times in the past year with commercial properties.Obviously tenants are not making it a priority, or the builders would be changing their dance.

Scott for posting awesome stuff.I'm a moderately experienced investor in stocks and real estate however I'm completely new to the USA and am aware that things are done very different.Being located overseas I obviously can't be too hands on so I've done a lot of time doing due diligence and basically engaged a buyers agent / wholesale and bought through them who will manage the renovation etc.
