@StoneyFredWow, well I'm five podcasts into the Lifestyles concept and I have to say I think they are dead-on with their message.Fred- I'm assuming the small multi-family negativity was conveyed during part of a presentation intended for a large group...essentially LS has to convey information in a digestable format and just like Dave Ramsey they have to draw lines to form borders somewhere.

After a heart-to-heart conversation with my realtor and myself, I've come to the conclusion that the multi-family space may not be for me...at least right now.It appears that in my area virtually all the multi-family properties are in "C" or "D" neighborhoods, and mostly right on the border of each other.

I've always been skeptical about the ability to wholesale in Canada, simple due to the smaller size of the market and differences in financing which do not create the same opportunities for wholesalers as you find south of the border.
