If you can't find a MO an attorney may do it, that too may be hard to find aand I can assure few would provide sufficient underwriting, IMO, but some might assist in small deals.I believe some loan servicing agents provide MO services and brokerage services as well.I don't really see anyone off the street getting into the business of originations.

I always assumed that flipping in a hot market, while assuring you an end buyer would also make it hard to find contractors...booked weeks to months out.

If your buddy wants to lend you $5k and be assured you will pay him back, a title company near you will draw up the paperwork for some flat fees.
