I think they just barge into my office and throw business cards at me like ninja stars... kind of like new lenders and you, which is why if you're smart you avoid being in your office to avoid the ninja star barrages.

Although tenant reviews sometimes can be over the top in the sense they give a 1 star review b/c they did not get their AC fixed within a few hours, if there are several bad reviews and they all say the same thing, then maybe there is some truth to what everyone is saying.  

So yeah, that's where I am aiming at :)I am currently working in areas around Tampa, FL, (Land O'Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, St Petersburg) but am also looking all over Florida on multifamily properties.I am working on this business part time, but am looking forward to do this full time soon.Anybody interested in sharing their stories and experience with me, do not hesitate to connect!

@Chris WinterhalterYes, we could pull STAR reports from the system, but I don't think lenders can simply do it based on STAR reports.

I want to sell it like it used to be -- vacant, furnished, and pristine like a 5-star resort hotel room that it used to look like.

After researching local markets, I feel Wesley Chapel is where I want to focus, especially for my buy and hold properties.
