Most of the membership don't own even one investment property.

I love BP, it's been pivotal in the work I'm doing today, but remember that BP is a business too and they're paid for ever podcast sponsor and pro membership they sell. 

Pay for the Pro membership, deduct it on next year's taxes as a business expense.  

Generally it becomes a contribution in exchange for capital contribution/membership interest. 

Not to mention all the registration and membership dues it takes to be an Reo and HUD agent.If the agent is like me, he won't be submitting your bid, one of his buyer agents will be.

It might be better to take the money you save by not buying the course and investing that money in marketings, REIA membership locally and a couple of books at the bookstore.

I've thought about getting the premium membership but it is pretty expensive and I wasn't sure if it was worth it.

Their memberships are right around the price of the BP PRO annual cost and it will get you face to face with other investors in the area. 

They refused to refund any portion of my membership even after I let them know how dissatisfied I was and that their archaic spreadsheets where broken.All in all, I paid for virtually nothing.

No membership necessary...it looks to be a good chance to rub elbows and meet people.
