Finding Buyers is something that is not supplied in any course I have previewed.. ( many of the best out there. ) Lee Arnold System is the most realistic as you can also partner and get financed with his enterprise.. but if you do not get the education I recommend your in danger of big failures.. do you want to gamble or make money ?

I haven't found that out yet.As far as alternatives go:Bitcoin - Feels more like gambling or playing the lottery than any actual investing, over the long haulGold/Oil/Gas - I'm not all that familiar with the various commodities.

Five years of hitting the snooze bar six times every morning to get out of bed doesn't exactly thrill me, but I will be so better off later if I stick with it for now.If you can't take it another day, you can do what I did and that's give yourself a year to "find yourself" or whatever you want to call it like when I did real estate sales full time, maybe you can also get a W2 9-5 job as an assistant for a successful broker, i.e. scheduling showings, listings, escrows, etc.

I don't see the cash being taxed everywhere matching the appreciation --- which is a gamble, but real estate investing is speculation, or at least has been since colonial days in this country/region.

@Steven Taylor yes I've purchased four properties in Cape Coral through Rent to Retirement and have been thrilled with the trifecta of solid cash flow, instant equity upon completion, and strong appreciation.
