With regard to pets, I don't allow non-fixed pets, require the tenant to list the name, breed, weight and age of the pets, and fix it within the lease to specifically name those pets.

Today's kitchen designs are going lighter toned medium colors on the countertops, and lighter toned 'dark' colors for flooring.Also, if the kitchen has southern light, go for a warmer toned "white".

I always say I "want" to lose a few pounds, but I'm too disinterested to do the hard work involved, so I lug some extra weight around (lucky I'm old and married :D).As far as organizing my day and being productive, the best advice I ever heard was spend as much of your time as possible on things that make money and as little as possible on things that don't.
