You mindset sounds enthusiastic to the point of wreckless.

I mean my wife does 10 to 15 million a year and might work with one investor or two a year that I refer who too etc.. but those shot gunning low balls  we find that to be non productive on our end and at the end of the day we are all independent contractors and we get to CHOOSE who we work with.. we are not beholden to any client.. just like clients are not beholden to any agent..
