If you could not do a consistent volume of these like 1 to 2 a month you offer very little on the borrower side.. and more risk and time and energy than your account is worth frankly.this is why you see so many folks have such a hard time borrowing on these smaller deals. risk far out weights the reward for the lender.. especially in FLA were its judicial ..

However, after hanging the drywall ourselves, I can say that working with the 1/4" drywall was different than working with the other sizes as it is not lightweight drywall so even though it is only 1/4" it weighted at least as much as a 1/2" sheet and it seemed to break a lot easier.

Their money has better returns loaning it out today @ 5-6% vs 3% a couple years ago so they have more incentive to call a loan due if the option is available (also think transfer of title to LLC here).Think about investing as a weight loss journey, slow and steady.
