You can call the police and ask, but often they will tell you to do an eviction.

While investing in the past 2 years, I have been threatened, I’ve caught mice with my hands, called the police on tenants, done cash for keys and many more interesting things.

We've had crazy problems with neighbors like we had a neighbor park his boat in our driveway for about a year and we could not get the police or anyone to force them to move it.

If all background checks worked as planned, there wouldn't be any approved bad tenants, police, teachers, etc.

I'm sure less  money or police dogs there to attack.

As for the AirBnB guest, well you will to some extent be at the mercy of the entire system there unless you are somewhere that the police agree to help you remove a guest that hasn't left. 

The Euclid police enforce the laws e.g., if a sign says no parking in the street after dusk and you're car is there, you're getting a ticket; if it is dusk and you're cutting the grass, they will drive up and tell you to stop.
