All I can measure is if the letter itself is returned back to me (with the yellow tab stating whether the person was deceased or no longer living there) & if they call me to discuss possibly selling or request to take them off the list.

Maybe I'm too nieve on this, but unless other arrangements are made by the deceased (before they died), the real property will have to go through probate.
