You wouldn't know crossing the border between the two cities if you're not local. 

Plus with Trump deporting  a large portion of illegal construction workers in the Southwest States bordering Mexico construction companies don't have the manpower either.

All I can measure is if the letter itself is returned back to me (with the yellow tab stating whether the person was deceased or no longer living there) & if they call me to discuss possibly selling or request to take them off the list.

So I do buy notes with deceased borrowers, which means I'm going to foreclose.

They had called the county to find the owners to buy the property and the county told them I owned the liens and the owners of the lots may have been deceased (they were).

Maybe I'm too nieve on this, but unless other arrangements are made by the deceased (before they died), the real property will have to go through probate.
