Even if they reopened the casinos tomorrow...there are no shows, no nightclubs, no dayclubs, no concerts.  

I plan on getting started in either Detroit, Michigan  or Indianapolis, Indiana but its more likely that I’ll start my house hacking adventure in Indianapolis since this is where I currently live then eventually spread out to Detroit.

You're essentially saying it's someone who could afford to acquire or achieve all of their goals.The only way to achieve this is that your pursuits are so limited that you can afford to buy them.The mind and the adventures you mind may want to pursue are infinite.Does one want to buy a Maserati if one doesn't know it exists? 

When you get older, it's hard to do adventure stuff.

Some people are dealt opportunities and they see them as massive hurdles and others see them as exciting adventures and they jump in without needing a roadmap.

I saw people spending all their disposable income on alcohol, cigarettes, and at the casino.

I am overjoyed at the thought of being able to take my dad on an adventure he has always wanted to do!
