Last tenant cooked some amazing Indian food but with the spices etc the new tenant is concerned the odor may still be prevalent when they move in.

It is likely that the courts would treat this more like a meth smell than a cooking smell.

I've paid my tenants if they cook care of 100% of the Lawn care (spring/summer/fall) as well as the snow removal (winter) but have always kept he rents closer to market rate.
