We just seem to be at the upper end of the band.

When you work directly with the insurance company, you as the client are the one having to do the leg work in regards to the servicing.

I make much more money buying the fixer upper (abandoned, condemned, unwanted) properties for a song and paying cash.

These are great and very helpful.My background is in data analytics, and though not super handy, I obviously could do any manual leg work necessary. 

It’s an upper/lower duplex that me and my fiancé live in while renting out the upper unit.

If I do all the leg work, why should a realtor needs to take all the commission.
