Everything you buy…furniture, clothes, televisions, jewelry, stereos, cellphones, computers….everything depreciates so where does it end?

I am a newbie from Castaic, Santa Clarita, CA and I joined BP in October but I have been actively listening to the podcasts and reading as much as I can to learn about REI.I work an interesting job as I do not have a 9-5, but I currently work (for W-2 purposes) in the Motion Picture/Television Industry.

It is just taking market share away from traditional television.

The heat it usually not a issue, because of the distance between fire place and the television especially if a mantle is built for the fire place. 

The popular television show "Tiny House Nation" will definitely put a bit of a push on the possibilities.  

I saw on television this morning that the mafia unions trying stop Detroit from filing bankruptcy.

It also had a very large living room, with 3 televisions, with VCR's and a stereo.  

Who needs a television show (with disgruntled employees and disillusioned viewers) when you can flip houses.

LOL, I wouldn't know about TV, I haven't had a television (or rather, cable) in 10 years. :) Best decision I ever made.
