The reality is, it's often a rather easy low-stress pitch.

That new part of Chicago near Schaumburg is great...I am pretty familiar with it because I am originally from Elgin.I know personally that I create undesired stress by taking on too much too fast.

As much as how stressful and painful going thru this, I am trying to be positive and take this as an opportunity to get a fresh new start.  

I also did block her and stupidly read my spam which I am not going to do anymore as it just causes me stress.

It will add to your costs, but can save you time and reduce stress.

I have personally renovated over 50 properties in another state without seeing 1 of them.... that was a full time job and very very stressful- that is active investing.
