Although the sensible solution to that circumstance would be to sell their house, the reality is that the emotional response to these circumstances is to try to keep their house not sell it.I am not trying to be a negative nancy here.

These are real human beings in bad situation and they need real advice and real creative solutions to get out from under it.

Also, there are a few solutions to the income situation. 

VA could definitely be the right solution,But if anyone else knows of a way to skip trace bulk lists with corporate owners or trusts, that would be awesome.
