Unfortunately, a lot of lenders tend to operate better with certain types of projects, which is also true in the inverse, that lenders that operate better with F&F or DSCR tend to struggle on the underwriting with other types. 

Many lenders struggle with umbrella policies as well.  

People struggle with housing and we need to fill that niche.

However, if I were a teacher, GETTING PAID to help in a facebook group (which is what her program is), I would be very supportive and loving towards all my student struggles, questions and issues.

Job situation currently:Quick background, running an IT business for 3 years now, makes about 150-250k gross per year, struggle to find the right employee to help so it takes my time m-f 8-5. 

I wanted to get into commercial Multifamily as well but struggled and settled for a residential properties.

If rates go up the housing market struggles even more / and with election season the current administration isn't going to want the heat of higher rates looming over them at the polls.

Let me begin by stating I struggled with whether I wanted to share this info in this forum as I do think the issue of investing in syndications is complex. 

I find too many people struggle to come up with a name, just pick it and continue to focus on what makes you money.
