Don't reinvent the wheel too many times before you've done it a few times!

There is no need to reinvent the wheel here.

I'm not interested in reinventing the wheel; therefore I interested in doing my research.

I agree with your thinking that ultimately, the city will have to reinvent itself because right now it's a bit of a ghost town.

The city has reinvented itself through making investments in Higher Edication, Healthcare, Technology, and now Energy with the discovery of the Marcellus Shale as the 2nd largest natrual gas reservoir on the planet.

I reinvented my biz and my life on the InternetI focused on 1 thing.  

It very hard to learn to handle every facet of the business....and you will find that you have to reinvent yourself with different cycles as many of us have had to do this current go round.You did the smartest investment you could already...using the 203 to purchase and renovate a home...I'm sure you learned a ton.  

., no I definitely have my "big girl bloomers" on & not afraid to get my hands dirty for experience is a great teacher, so I'm not looking for hand-holding, but not interested in re-inventing the wheel either.
