We're primarily focused on real estate finance at this point rather than rentals and flips, but we still occasionally flip when an excellent opportunity pops up.

If we include investments in mortgage loans (trust deeds), real estate partnerships, REITs as well as direct property ownership, I’m at about 80%.  

I've been listening to Bigger Pockets off and on for years but have always wanted to get into real estate investing.
