I am now a full-time trainer and manager at Bohemia Realty Group, a boutique firm specializing in residential apartments in upper Manhattan.

It's honestly not that great, but places are so expensive in PF.

My husband is from New York and has family in Queens and Manhattan. 

Did their background check show any trend pf this behavior? 

Hello all,Recently found a CRE MF deal in Manhattan that looks right to me, but I would love to get more eyes on it to see if I am wrong.

The difference between the NY market and the Milwaukee market is that the job market is stronger and people cannot afford to live closer to their places of employment that are in manhattan. 

Put in all expenses, who pays them, all income from all income sources, Equity at start and built up through appreciation, and separate them by who pays for each, as in the source pf the funds,...i.e. the rent money is the source of funds for the mortgage, so the tenant is actually paying for it.  

I work 9 - 5:30 Midtown Manhattan so the radius I had in mind was 1 hour subway, which is enough time to visit after work or on weekends.

I moved here from Manhattan and am looking to network with others in real estate around the area to exchange contacts, resources, and helpful tips.

The area pf the property, the potential to return life to it, and the in-laws quarters in the back.
