I’m excited and nervous at the same time. 

Don't be too nervous about the "Due on Sale" clause.

I agreed but now I’m nervous and want to back out.

Pretty nervous about this side of things.

If I negotiate seller financing, I am afraid to get into an agreement with any kind of balloon payment (just because it makes me nervous to have it hanging over my head) but I would like to negotiate a lower percentage downpayment than 20% so that I could afford to purchase all four (rather than two) under a warranty deed contract.

Bought in the neighborhood of Belmont last summer and my jaw dropped from the price increases I’m seeing there and the bordering neighborhoods.I don’t see a bubble but I’m getting a little nervous.

I'm thinking of writing a letter directly to the owner but am nervous about offering 32K for a 70K asking price AND trying to get owner financing.

We've thought about Biloxi but it makes me nervous because on one street homes are nice and on the next they aren't!
