Further, in the $25k and $27k idea, those make me believe you are not setting up the equation properly or are misusing/interpriting the formula output.

And they are just now taking the steps of group emails to update customers on the misuse of their funds.

But, that is for another discussion on how gurus, coaches and others misuse words in an attempt to make what they do and advocate sound better.

I'm sure there are other ways of doing this, but having been a member of BP, and as someone seen how the system can be misused, I question whether it has served its purpose.

Most of them don't realize they are misusing contracts, and they will be understandably annoyed or angered at my remarks.If your attorney has approved your contract language, then who am I to argue with your choice of attorney?

The "living rent free terminology" some times gets misused I think. 

The confusion was evident in the BP article I mentioned, and I've even spoken to insurance agents who mis-use the terms.  

Despite my lobbying misusing cap rates is still only a misdemeanor.

They probably didn't get approved for a bank account.Bad credit, or ChexSystems (previous bad checking account misuse / mistakes).Some checking accounts require minimum deposits, monthly fees, etc.Some people don't trust banks.Other people don't know that some banks even offer free checking accounts.And, some people don't have any docs/ID to even get a checking account.Assuming they had decent credit and no ChexSystems or TeleCheck problems, a free no monthly fee checking account definitively makes sense.
