New Screens and Blinds, Entirely New Paint Throughout along with New Stove and Microwave.

I have to pay for my own food and have no access to even a microwave.

I have a contact for all kinds of cabinets..all kitchen, floors, even some other stuff like washer/dryer and microwave....I'm very very resourceful!

I do have some questions about it but I'll cover those elsewhere; I don't want to clutter up this post with that.Am I correct in understanding that if I decide that a house needs, say, paint inside & out, carpets, a new dishwasher and over-the-range microwave, a runny faucet fixed, and moderate landscaping work, I can't do any of that myself, and also can't hire contractors to do it, but must  hire a General Contractor to manage all the work?

Plus they cook more, so cleaning the microwave and scrubbing sauce off of the coffee table. 

I always take apart the microwave and as much of the stove as i can for cleaning.  

-Microwave - unsure if I should provide this or not-Floor mat for inside the front door - Montana winters-Rubber shoe tray - Montana winters.

No matter how clean you are, you’re tracking dust around, eating dinners out of a microwave and toaster in the basement, etc.

I have offered washer, dryer, and microwave in my units.
