Hi,I am changing our 2nd units heat source from steam radiators to hyper heat minisplits.The unit currently has 5 steam radiators.Should I remove myself or hire out? 

While the housing market was slow in March to May, but it has gained steam since June in my neighborhood.

I think it's picked up steam on the forums as Brandon Turner and David Greene have used it to scale their portfolios (certainly since David's BRRRR book) and asset prices continue to inflate. 

There are some things that are fun to blow off steam about to others in the industry, but overall I love this career and wish I had made the switch sooner!

Questions to consider:  how long was the previous tenant in that unit; what was the condition of the carpet when they moved in; how serious are the stains, and would steam-cleaning or shampoo resolve the stains?

The water and steam causes mildew and mold against wood.  

It starts very slow, but with each deal, it starts picking up steam.

I’m focusing on Apple TV here since it’s the most powerful hardware of the steaming set-top boxes which, when enrolled under some form of mobile device management, can be auto-reset and reconfigured after each guest checks out.

Can't wait for this next journey to really go at full steam ahead !

Hi Kenneth,Know the culture and ways of your intended customers and decide if you want to do the effort for the cash flow you can get.If you can handle the steam (or have a proven results good property manager that can) in that area you can potentially pocket a good amount of cash.If you don't know what you are doing down there, (or how to handle the situations you will face) you're probably going to be unhappy.Good Luck!
