Why not sell it and try again at the new location?

With $1mm cash we can do 3 locations netting $40,000 before income tax per month.  

No magic or special system.

Will depend on several factors like the type of property, type of tenants, your risk tolerance, other assets you own, your estate planning, laws where the property is located, etc.

Understood I made a bad move here as this was first investment so didnt think much except at the location for longterm growth or possibly I move there as part relocation.

We source from suppliers that get them directly from the ships - these are normally near port cities (ours is located in Houston, TX).

Also, for those who invest OOS, do you find one market you specialize in or do you tend to bounce around and cherry pick from markets in several locations?

Yup and its a joke when you have these proclamations from those running for pres that they are going to magically accelerate construction.. they can do it if they want to pay 100% of it.. but if they expect the private sector that has to work through local zoning etc.. that aint happening and you cant force people to sell the land cheaper than they think its worth or can get on the open market just because we need starter housing.
